My new DIY project that I would like to explore is "Soap Making".
How fun would it be to make your own soap? Would my children want to "wash" their hands more often if they participated in soap-making? Does homemade soap possess the same effectiveness as storebought? And most importantly, will DIY soap be "cute"?
Based on past DIY experiences, I think I will begin "soap making" from a kit. Not from scratch. And I will not break a microwave, blow a burner, or create some unforgivable, unmanageable mess.
